I got to shoot 5 local directors here in Hawaii.  They direct a lot of the local commercials.  They have so much talent and found time during their busy work schedules to create local films.  Honored to be the set photographer for these guys and honored (and a little nervous) to shoot this shot of them.  I couldn’t sleep the night before thinking I’ll need to direct a bunch a directors but we had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs.  Glad that they are creating films locally.  Catch “6B” and “Paradise Broken” at The Hawaii International Film Festival.  You can buy your tickets on-line here.

I wasn’t up to date on the features of the newest iphone from Apple.  But after looking it up and picking my jaw up from the floor I’m IN LOVE with all it’s features.  It’s come a long way from the first generation released about a year and a half ago.  I can go on and on about the new features of this phone but thought I’ll just post the video Apple put out so your jaw can drop too:)

Just wanted to thank my three boys for helping me win..YAHOOO!

Once in a while I come across things that I LOVE so much that I can’t keep it a secret.  Photofunia is an awesome program where you can upload your face to one of the many photo effects they offer.  I couldn’t stop cracking up!  I used a photo of my husband to sample just a few of their effects.  I’ll have to play with it more to get more funny stuff but in the mean time I’ll share the ones I have.
